Yes, we have an exciting new addition to our range of sparkling wines. Our first Blanc de Blanc 2018.
This supremely elegant wine is made 100% from our beautiful Chardonnay grapes, and has enjoyed 44 months development on its lees.

The final of our four 2018 wines to be revelaled, it shows a light golden colour in the glass with fine and delicate long mousse, then aromas of lemon sherbet and smooth soft honey lead into fresh pastry and toasted brioche. And the palate is rounded and soft, with generous and elegant notes of green apple, lemon zest and a touch of baked nuts, with a long and complex finish.

Sound incredible doesn’t it? Be warned, we only made a limited number of 1600 bottles of Blanc de Blanc 2018, so if you’d like to get yourself a case for some seriously sophisticated Summer sipping, don’t wait too long!
