Returns

We strive to deliver perfection, however if your purchase is damaged or broken on delivery, please notify us within three working days and return either the whole case or just the individual damaged bottles for a refund or replacement. Returns must be in their original packaging. It's possible to exchange an order, however additional shipping and the price difference between the products may apply.

Deliveries

Busi Jacobsohn are proud to deliver our sparkling wines across the UK. We aim to deliver within three working days, excluding weekends, and all orders made before 11am will be processed the same day. Please email us for price of delivery to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or other locations outside the UK. Our deliveries must be signed for on arrival and a suitable form of ID must be ready to be presented. See our Terms & Conditions for further information.

Can I cancel or return an order?

You have a legal right to cancel your order up to 14 days after it has been accepted, however we are only obliged to reimburse the cost of returning orders where the items were delivered in error or were defective. If you do cancel your order, you will be refunded within 14 days of the product being returned, provided the product is still in a saleable condition. You must make your own arrangements for the collection of any product to be returned, and you must do this within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to cancel.

Do I have to place my order online?

While the Busi Jacobsohn website is the easiest way to place an order, this is not the only option. We are happy to take orders made via mail order and telephone, and you can of course purchase in person by visiting the Cellar Door at the Busi Jacobsohn vineyard as well. If you’re ordering from the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or other locations outside the UK, you will have to contact us to place an order.

Do I need to be at home when my order is delivered?

All deliveries must be signed for upon arrival and thus someone needs to be home to receive it. Deliveries are made on weekdays between 8am to 6pm and if unable to carry out the delivery, instructions for re-booking will be provided.
