🥂 An English traditional method sparkling wine I’ve loved for years — elegant, gastronomic, and equally perfect with seafood, cheese, or even duck confit. @busijacobsohn
🍇 A beautiful biodynamic Chenin Blanc: AOP Anjou Ronceray from @chateaudesuronde , a single-vineyard cuvée from 30–40 year-old vines made by @kathleenvandenberghe .
🍷 And a powerful sleek red from @vergelegen_wine_estate Stellenbosch, South Africa, which I loved tasting with winemaker Luke O’Cuinneagain last summer.
