We’re happy to report that fruit set is now complete across the vineyard, and things are looking excellent. The Burgundy clones we cultivate here in Southeast Sussex are showing great uniformity and promise, with tight, healthy clusters forming beautifully.
So far, weather conditions remain favourable—mild, steady, and ideal for this stage of growth. If this continues, we’re set up for a strong and balanced vintage, with the finesse and precision we look for in our sparkling wine base.
We’ll be keeping a close eye as we head into verasioon, but for now, we’re right where we want to be.
Decanter – Silver Medal
We are very pleased to share that our Cuvee’ Brut 2020 was awarded a Silver Medal at the Decamter World Wine Awards 2025.
Tasting note
Judges praised its “complex nose of lime, peach and brioche”, with a “fine mousse, gentle mouth field, further citrus grape-skin, almond sourdough with a zippy finish”

We love welcoming visitors to taste our wines and stroll through the vineyard with us.
Glasses clinking, the sun shining, stories flowing, birdsong drifting on the breeze—there’s nothing better than spending time with happy guests. It’s a wonderful way to pause between vineyard tasks.
