Here we are once again, involved in that delicate dance of patience and precision as we aim to harvest our precious grapes at the perfect moment, when sugar levels, acidity, and flavour components are all exactly where we want them to be – to create something truly special.
Hello friends, and welcome once again, we hope that you are very well. We’re here with another diary entry for you on life and times at our Eridge vineyard, so make yourself comfortable, it’s fika time.
Of course we adore the aesthetic aspects of vineyard life, and this is a beautifully colourful time for us, but moreover it is absolutely vital for the quality of the harvest, as the ripening process reaches its peak.
